What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant is a professional expert who can work with clients without a physical presence on site. A VA has a vested interest in your business. As an entrepreneur, the success of a VA’s business is dependent on the success of the client’s business.

Benefits are many, but combined they mean savings to the client in money, office space, equipment, and time. What exactly is Outsourcing?

When you “outsource” your work, you are assigning it to someone who works outside your office (a Virtual Assistant). A VA does not utilize any of your resources — computers, printers, office space, or phones. These are provided by the company that handles your outsourced project/s. Virtually any work can be outsourced—even traditional in-house tasks such as appointment scheduling, travel planning, calendar maintenance, and personal shopping. Most common are documents, but such assignments as travel planning, scheduling appointments, personal shopping, calendar maintenance, and many others are made possible through the miracle of technology.

So what's the next step? How would I hire you, and how do you accept payment?

Your first step will be to contact us. We will discuss with you, one-on-one, your unique needs and how we can best serve you. Our fees are competitive in the VA marketplace, and we will discuss a project estimate that bests fit your company’s needs and budget.

New clients receive a contract for services, which will clearly delineate the scope of the project and payment terms. To ensure a new client is comfortable working with us, we always start on a small job to show what we can accomplish in a virtual environment. This is a valuable way to build trust and loyalty with new customers. It is only after our client is comfortable with our working arrangement that we begin a contractual relationship.

We accept payment by Discover, Visa or MasterCard. A minimum 50% deposit of the estimated total is required. Final payment is required prior to delivery of the project. We offer a monthly retainer payment plan in increments of five hours (five-hour minimum). Payment is made in advance, estimated on the number of hours required on a monthly basis.
